Netflix has released a brand new trailer for its upcoming The Witcher live-action series. In addition, the company has announced that the series will air on December 20th.
As we’ve already reported, Henry Cavill will play Geralt. On the other hand, Anya Chalotra will play Yennefer and Freya Allan will play Ciri. This live-action series will be based on the books for The Witcher and not on its video-game adaptations.
This trailer showcases all of the main protagonists, and features a bath scene with Geralt and Yennefer. It is also action-packed, something that may please a number of The Witcher fans.

1) What’s with the eyes? He’s supposed to have cat pupils but noooo he has regular pupils just with an orange iris. And black alien eyes is something stupid altogether.
2) Cavil is still too bulky.
3) The castle on Skellige looks like a miniature zikkurat or one of the Tyrell towers from Blade Runner. WTF?
4) Nilfgaardian armor looks like a shell.
