Capcom has released a brand new gameplay trailer for Monster Hunter World. In Monster Hunter: World, players will have a wide variety of gear to assist them in navigating the fantastical environments in the game, including the Glider mantle.
Players can use the Glider mantle to extend their air-time after a jump and, as seen in the new trailer, in some areas, they may even be able to catch a lift on a rising wind draft to quickly reach higher ground.
Monster Hunter World is coming to consoles this January. The PC version will release at a later date.

What I wrote (and you didn’t understand) was an analogy. The user complained about the graphics being lackluster and you said it was the prettiest Monster Hunter game. My point is that it doesn’t matter if it’s the prettiest Monster Hunter game if it looks like crap compared to other newly released games.

Actually, I don’t see where you’re getting at. Japanese market is the most competitive? maybe in the past yeah but Japanese market nowadays is mainly mobile. Smartphone and whatnot. The western market IS the most competitive because that’s where games sell millions. Capcom have their own engine but Capcom sucks at making games with great graphics especially if it’s going to be MonHun where the areas are going to be open and huge unlike previous MonHun games. It’s the first time they’re going to make an area seamless. Just look at the jump in graphics in last year’s MonHun and Monhun World’s.

MH graphics were always “so last year” . Monster Hunter 3 looked like PS2 game. Monster Hunter 4 looked like mix of PS1 and PS2 graphics since it was handheld title.
This looks like PS3 game. Which fits.
I doubt you are fan of the series….there is not single fan that could have thought this generation of MH will look current-gen. Since it NEVER DOES!

And the erratically cut scenes jumping around from this to that, my eyes and mind are melted.
As for the actual game, I am interested, but sadly the dubbed voices might kill me, I watch foreign films in the original language, I can’t stand dubbed movies.
I do want this to succeed, but that trailer was atrocious.
Its a shame this game is using the MT Framework engine, The game already looks dated.
