Microsoft has released some new in-game video clips from its new Flight Simulator. These clips showcase some of the game’s environments and I have to say that the game looks absolutely gorgeous.
YouTube’s ‘FSL Flight Sim Liberty’ has collected all of these clips into a single trailer. I strongly suggest watching the video as the game looks amazing. Microsoft’s Flight Simulator will be undoubtedly the most beautiful flight sim when it gets out.
Furthermore, Microsoft revealed the game’s development roadmap. The game’s Insider Program has kicked off, and the first Tech Alpha phase is currently underway.

From what we know so far, Microsoft Flight Simulator will put more emphasis on overall simulation, and will support third-party Content Development and Community Content creation (in other words, mods). The game will also support a wide range of control schemes. Owners of yoke and pedals, mouse and keyboard, as well as controllers will be able to play the game.

Older FS games still holds up specially in Draw Distance. Hope it’s not a Winstore only game, if not then i’m happy.
I remember playing one of the first MS Flight Sims back when it came out, couldn’t tell what the hell anything looked like due to my father having a Green Monochromatic monitor. When he finally got a color monitor it was jaw dropping to see what the game actually looked like!
These graphics are exactly what that moment felt like seeing it in full detail for the very first time. I’m absolutely blown away by how gorgeous this looks. It could be the nicest thing I’ve ever seen in my life playing video games.
