As promised, 2K Games released a new cinematic in-engine trailer for Mafia: The Old Country, and revealed its release window. Yes, the rumors were true. Mafia: The Old Country will be coming to PC in the Summer of 2025.
In Mafia: The Old Country, players will discover how organized crime began. The game will attempt to tell a tough and intense story set in the violent world of 1900s Sicily.
Players will fight to survive as Enzo Favara and prove their worth to the Cosa Nostra in this immersive third-person action-adventure set during a dangerous, unforgiving era.
This thrilling narrative is brought to life by stunning visuals, cinematic storytelling, and the authentic realism. Enzo’s story unfolds in a time when skill with a stiletto blade was a deadly asset, a lupara sawed-off shotgun was a go-to firearm, murderous vendettas raged for decades, and mafiosi patrolled their protection rackets on foot, horseback, or behind the wheel of turn-of-the-century motorcars.
As Enzo, players will have to master all the tools of the trade, including period-authentic handguns, rifles, and shotguns, to overcome any odds and doggedly eliminate the Don’s enemies.
Players will be also able to gallop on horseback across cobbled streets and open fields. Moreover, they will be able to speed down dirt roads in authentic turn-of-the-century automobiles.
Enjoy the trailer and stay tuned for more!

Nothing says authentic realism as Italians speaking english in Italy!
Anyway, the trailer showed beautiful people and good plot, so maybe this is going to be a great game.
Haha, true. It's preferable to Stalker 2's take though.
*Ghost of Tshushima
Hopefully the game gets a good Italian dub.

I don't click on cinematic trailers, let me know when they show gameplay.
Very nice first impression feel, I'm curious.
These duds are too white to be italian.
The average Sicilian is indistinguishable from the common African-american.
Here's another one who speaks from hearsay…
At most a small percentage have olive skin, but at most really.
It's not that you are so smart and informed, that you take inspiration from the complexion you see in the hot period, which in Sicily can last from spring to autumn? Have you ever heard of tanning?
In Sicily even the stones go to the sea in the hot periods, guess the predictable consequence…
Great vibe, looking forward to more info about this. This is fresh air in all the DEI sh*t I've stepped in all year long
I have a good feeling about this game. If gameplay will be 100% not Mafia 3 then this game can be something.
This has the right setting (early 1900s), and has the right story for a good Mafia game. Not to forget, and a good set of characters (from what we can see in this trailer). Keeping an eye on it…
just when i thought i was out… they pull me back in!
