      1. Overwatch is a much more polished game and i had high hopes for that title. After 10mins. I was enjoying myself way more with lawbreakers. I find that sad 🙁

        I love blizz

          1. I do it’s just that overwatch felt empty to me after 5-10 hours. Never had a lot of fun. I bought it since i know blizzard makes good games and it was a good game but just not for me. Now lawbreakers is a lot like overwatch but the design is more appealing imo.

          2. Could it be the competitive side?
I never played Overwatch nor Lawbreakers, but for what I saw Overwatch seems more of a “gather your friends” almost a sort of “hanging out” effort while Lawbreakers seems more of a “arcade match”.

          3. “Blizzard makes good games”

Yeah, no. Blizzard makes good ripoffs, which after a while they abandon to “we feel” & “now that we’ve got your money, we’re feeling totally f*cking lazy” style balancing.

Unless of course it’s subscription-based, in which case they’re going to keep milking you for the next 20 years, all while they push ridiculous agenda’s that result in “more costs, less content, even less quality per-available content” which slowly but surely kill off every member of the community you’ve ever met until you’re asking yourself “what the f*ck am I still doing here?”

Within 6 months of launch to a year at most, Overwatch will start to fall to Blizzard’s insanity as well.

This, as much as I might think it looks ridiculous, at least has a chance to live.

          4. I see what you mean. They’ve done good things too. When D3 released it was dull and life less. Now will all the updates and seasons (we do not pay) the game is very much alive and much more enjoyable! But still i see and understand how you feel.

          5. OK no offence, since I like your posts (mostly), but have you actually played Diablo 3 lately?

I mean, yeah, sure, Diablo 3’s “2.0” patch did actually fix the massive gaping issues D3 Vanilla had (the RMAH especially), but D3 2016 is just as bad, if not even worse, than D3 Vanilla, really.

At some point after V2.0 Blizzard devs decided to start “tweaking” things again, & now Diablo 3 currently exists in the most ridiculous state imaginable, really; almost every single item in the game (including Legendary tier items) have less value than a bunch of Common-level (class-specific) Set-Piece-Bonus armour sets which Blizzard decided to ridiculously overpower to the point of absurdity so that they can purposefully balance classes simply by tweaking their respective bonuses every Season, instead of doing actual work.

It’s a f*cking joke that’s slowly but surely eradicating the Diablo 3 Community into oblivion, & Blizzard seems content to just sit by & continue with their moronic approach, “because we got all the money from this b*tch”, I’m guessing.

After all, there’s already rumours about Diablo 4, so I can only imagine how far into development it must be by now.

          6. I know what you’re talking about and you’re right about the sets and legs being USEFKINLESS. And it’s true instead of balancing the game properly they just op’ed some sets and you HAVE to play these sets to get further so that removes the point of having a bunch of working builds. But the game imo is much more fun than it was when it released. At least i feel like there’s a goal if i decide to grind right now. Back in the first days, omfg, the grind was god aweful. Anyways. The days of D2 are over. Still having fun with D3 doe ;).

          7. Oh yeah sure, the removal of RMAH, the new loot system, etc. all positives, but to me it feels like the total opposite – the goal of “grind your *ss all the way to a full Legendary set” has disappeared in light of “grind your way to a bunch of common’s, & sit on them for a few years while Blizzard gets their sh*t together.”

Especially considering how 4+ years later, we still haven’t got any real (read: Arena) PvP, just that stand-in sh*t. Arena & Legendaries were the one thing that kept me on D2 for years (personally).

          8. Yea for that PVP. It’s horsesh*t i agree 100%. I still don’t understand how they can f this up. But i feel since the way you get your skills (they don’t have levels), pvp would be bland and lifeless. D2:LoD was imo a very good iteration of the diablo franchise.

          9. Yeah like I said to the other guy, D2:LoD still the best in the franchise, both in PvP & otherwise.

Not sure, I remember them showcasing Arena PvP, then they said “it’ll be in at Launch”, then “it’s delayed” then “we’re still working on it, it’ll be in with Reaper of Souls” then “it’s not coming anymore, but we’re giving you this instead.”

So, either they were lying the whole time (which by far wouldn’t be a first for Blizzard), or they had serious coding issues of some kind for a long time, until they eventually decided “OK, Diablo 3 is basically over, so let’s just give them this instead, & f*ck it.”

          10. I think that confusion has something to do with the “jay wilson and other key people” drama. Different mind set etc. For sure it’s been “botched”.

        1. I would have thought you’d feel happy that a new game (in alpha) can top a cash grab like Overwatch. I love blizzard too, but they are not who they once were.

    1. Wow, I haven’t heard anyone say that before. Lawbreakers has potential but it’s too unrealized at this point of development. None of what I played hits the mark. Overwatch knows what it is and plays well on that point in comparison.

      1. I think it has something to do with the fact that overwatch is more cartoony and has little to no blood (does it?). It feels like like the marvel universe, green grass and sunshine everywhere. But it’s still a good game, just not for me i guess. Lawbreakers takes itself more seriously. Yes it is very early in development so many things can change.

          1. I know right :(.

YOO HVDD U READIN THIS ?? WUZZZ GUDDD MAAA BWOYY 🙂 Long time no see, come argue with me !
