At Gamescom 2018, Activision and FromSoftware showcased their upcoming action RPG, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and IGN has shared a video showing 10 minutes of gameplay footage. This is basically our first look at raw footage from the game, so make sure to watch it if you are fans of FromSoftware’s titles.
In Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice the main protagonist will feature prosthetic tools that can be reconstructed to unlock new actions such as powerful charge attacks. These attacks allow the player to broaden their approach to defeat their foes.
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice will be released on March 22nd, 2019.

It’s just different dressing and a jump button.
there’s a block/parry button and a jump button which makes it 100 times more fun than soul games for me. playing chess is more fun than playing dark souls for me.
I’ve never really even thought about jumping in a souls game. Never missed it.
But, it does look pretty fun here.

Why not? They already said there’s no character customization or armour or weapons. 90% sure its not an RPG.
it’s RPG as much as any soul game
level up and character customization is useless in dark soul games, the only role you can play is role of someone who likes to roll.
I never rolled until Dark Souls 3. You can double down on shielding, or parrying, or whatever.
DS3 does require rolling in many bosses though. Just makes you learn more techniques.
everything in dark souls games feel same, add rolling to that and it’s the most boring video game you can ever find.
