And it’s official. Konami has just shared the first CG trailer for Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Remake. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Remake will be a multiplatform game, meaning that it will be coming to the PC. So, go ahead and take a look at the trailer after the jump!

My faith in gaming is rising a little. MGS3 is just special. I hope the remaster collection is on PC as well.
It’s great that they’re remaking this, but can we please stop with CG trailers already? We want to see the GAME, not pre-rendered cinematics.
Relax, that’s because there’s only an ideia of a remake yet. This will come out in 2026. They’re testing its relevance.

Why not remake MGS1 first, though?
I recently managed to finally playthrough MGS4 on a custom build of RPCS3 on Linux (still would randomly freeze from time to time), and the best part was definitely the rather short Shadow Moses chapter.
And no, the “Twin Snakes” remake on GameCube doesn’t count!

I’d argue that Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake would benefit the most from being remade considering those were originally 8-bit games.
