Here are 19 minutes of new gameplay from the TGS 2023 Demo of Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth

GameInformer has shared a video, showcasing 19 minutes of new gameplay footage from the TGS 2023 demo of Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth.

This video shows off the game’s combat mechanics/enhancements, as well as some of its enemies and environments. Moreover, this video may contain minor spoilers so avoid it if you want to experience the game yourselves.

In Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth, Cloud Strife and his friends have escaped the dystopian city of Midgar and embark on a new journey across the wide world of Gaia to pursue the vengeful swordsman, Sephiroth.

Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth on PS5 on February 29th, and it will remain a PS5 exclusive until May 29th. This basically means that we’re looking at a three-month platform exclusivity deal. It also means that Square Enix will talk about the PC version once this exclusivity deal expires.

As I’ve already stated, I expect Final Fantasy 16 to hit PC in Q1 or Q2 2024. If that actually does happen, we can safely assume that Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth will come out in late 2024 or early 2025 on PC.

Anyway, enjoy the following gameplay video from Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth, and stay tuned for more!

  1. “This basically means that we’re looking at a three-month platform exclusivity deal”

i doubt its gonna be that short before we can play this on pc.

  2. i find funny how you dont have an issue with the west remaking so many games while they choose to remake their best one.

    1. They didn’t remake 9 though, hope they never do.
This isn’t even a remake, just a disjointed Kingdom Hearts tier fanfic mess that FF fanboys slurp up.

  3. Japanese developers are going to regurgitate literally every single game aren’t they. Jesus christ, are there even enough weebs to buy them.

Final Fantasy – 71 games and multiple remakes
    Street Fighter – 42 games
King Of Fighters – 25 games
    Mario – 200+ games
    Resident Evil – 28 games
    Zelda – 45 games
    Metroid – 19 games
    Tekken – 11 games
    Mega Man – 130+ games
    Sonic – 32 games

    1. you know how many reboots, remakes, and updates just between DC and Marvel………………. drop in a bucket to the west.
