Here are 14 minutes of gameplay footage from Yakuza: Like a Dragon

Last month, SEGA announced that Yakuza: Like a Dragon will be officially coming to the PC. And today, IGN has shared a new video, featuring 14 minutes of brand new gameplay footage from it.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon is the eighth main release in the Yakuza series. This Yakuza game came out in 2020 on PS4 in Japan.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon features a turn-based RPG type combat system. Characters can use nearby surrounding items such as bicycles to attack enemies. Characters may also kick surrounding items to their target if there is an interactive item in the environment on the way to the enemy. Not only that, but players can also call on various party assists to strengthen the party or defeat enemies.

The game will also have 19 unique jobs. These jobs range from Bodyguard to Musician. Furthermore, the game will have local arcades with some classic SEGA games. Additionally, players can compete with locals in a no holds barred go-kart race around Yokohama, complete 50 unique substories, or just take in the scenery of a modern-day Japanese city.

Lastly, Yakuza: Like a Dragon will be using the Denuvo anti-tamper tech.

Enjoy!

They changed. 10/10, would change again.

    2. Im in the same boat, i just dont like the turn based combat. I get they want to try something different but this is a huge step backwards for the franchise.

  1. There’s no satisfaction to punch bad guy like in previous game on this “sequel”. Feels like playing final fantasy game but with suit…
