Vertigo Games has released the first gameplay trailer for the New Thief VR game from Maze Theory, Thief VR: Legacy of Shadow. In this video, we get to see a brand-new gameplay trailer and an extended mission walkthrough with Vertigo Games’ Principal Game Designer Nick Witsel.
In this Thief VR game, players will stick to the darkness, evade patrols, and outmaneuver enemies with real-time stealth mechanics. They will also be able to pickpocket guards, pry open hidden compartments, and bypass locks with tactile VR interactions.
Moreover, you will use an array of arrows and tools to distract, disable, or eliminate threats with immersive VR archery. You will climb rooftops, sneak through back alleys, and uncover secrets in a dark, steampunk-inspired world. Not only that, but every heist will offer multiple paths and playstyles. So, you can sneak past guards unseen or take them down from the shadows.
Thief VR: Legacy of Shadows is coming to PC later this year. For what it’s worth, the publisher has not yet revealed the game’s PC system requirements. As soon as it does, we’ll be sure to share them.
Enjoy!
