  1. If I were you I would wait to start posting promotional stuff about a game until it is officially announced for PC. If a publisher/developer does not want to be associated with PC why should we advertise their console game.

    1. Yeah, as much as I’d love to play this game on PC, I don’t think SE would release this game on PC the same year they release it on consoles. Which is 2016 BTW (probably if it doesn’t get delayed again). SE would have already announced it’s coming to PC by now if they’re even planning to.

PC is a second thought to SE when it comes to franchises not fully established on PC before

    2. The Squeenix making of stream showed the engine SDK and they had a tool that would allow them to check all versions. They had PS4, Xbone and Windows PC versions being worked on in that SDK.

      It’s inevitable at this point.

      1. but they still have yet to announce it. any games developed on current gen consoles (on x86 architecture) are easily ported to PC. but do you think SONY will port their exclusives to PC? version being worked in SDK means it can be run on PC but don’t mean they want to.

        1. Keep in mind FFXV is on Xbox One as well. So there’s no exclusivity clause keeping it pinned down. Rather, I think the issue is simply of not having enough hands to do a PC version, and the developers currently wanting to focus on getting the existing versions done and dusted already.

I think we will see a PC version at some point, and much, much sooner than people expect (think about the precedent Type-0 HD might be setting).

          1. I think they will announce the PC version at TGS and they will give the FF XV demo for those who preorder Lightning Returns.

    3. So you would only be interested in the game if it came to PC? If so, then you aren’t really a fan of the series nor the game to being with. Why would SE waste their time making a port.

        1. FFXV isn’t an exclusive. It’s not on PC by omission, but there’s nothing keeping it off the platform.

  2. i would love to play FF 15 on PC, but i am fine with not playing it as well because so far, while it looks great, it doesn’t seem special and without FF’s name and references, not many would care about it.

  3. Well,.. … after they removed that pretty girl replaced her with a crying girl, turned the cast into boy band, turned blood into water, dumbed down the combat, changed the entire story and disregarded everything the game was supposed to be, I lost interest in this game.
