Bethesda has released a new story for Dishonored 2, focusing on the game’s story. In Dishonored 2, Delilah, a mad witch armed with powerful black magic, has seized the throne from Empress Emily Kaldwin, leaving the fate of the Isles hanging in the balance. Players will have – as either Emily Kaldwin or Corvo Attano – to travel beyond the legendary streets of Dunwall to Karnaca, hunt down their enemies and forever alter the fate of the Empire. Enjoy!

This might just be game of the year for me. The Titanfall is still warming up to me, Deus Ex was okay, Mafia 3 just did not do it for me, The division was a dream that did not come through. Lets see what 11th November has in stock.
All my cards are on this for GOTY. Both Dues Ex and Mafia 3 where ok, but rather underwhelming. And BF1 is just that, ANOTHER Battlefield, blah.

I’m not really that hyped for it. I loved the first one for it’s mechanics, but the way it punished you for not playing by the devs cards and the general story, just ended up giving me a sour taste by the end of it all.
I’m expecting the same from this game as well, though I want to hope they they changed killing bad guys as somehow being the worst crime you could ever commit.
See the way the story went, I didn’t mind killing people, because said people were involved with what went down, some even knew full well what was going on and they got what was coming. You don’t just murder royalty and expect to come out unscathed, I imagine if someone killed the Queen of England, the penalty would very most likely be death, same with the president of the US.
Just curious do you live in a country with a constitutional monarchy? (King or Queen).
You are right about murdering a high official carrying high consequences. The guy who killed President Abraham Lincoln in the US, when he initially escaped he broke his leg, and found a doctor who set it for him before he was found. They even hung the doctor for assisting the assassin.
I live on the Isle of Man, but the way I see it with a King or Queen is how those rules have always been since we ever had Kings or Queens, you kill either, you get put to death regardless.
Any conspirators in that game that killed the Empress were basically made targets for termination, though the game devs seem to have screwed up that part and tried to make that reality dreary and dull but in turn forcing some happy rainbow land “everyone sorta lives” reality.
I impressed by the design of the first game, i’m sure it will be the same but just like the first game (with all DLCs), i will get it when it’s 9$ or less if there aren’t any s**ty DRM involved.
If you like the design and the game, wouldn’t you not mind getting the game sooner to release? Just curious to know. or at least wait for a goty or something package.
Well buying it sooner = 60$ (200$ min wage) and launch problems plus DLCs. i will wait for goty and price drop since i have Civ6 to play with and next game in my list is shadow warrior 2.

Here in Athens Greece these days i see lot of ads on bus stations but for another game Call of duty Infinitie Warfare. Iam realy surprised because it is one of the few times that a game gets so much advertisment here. Others games i remeber were Batman Arkham Knight and mortal kombat x.
I think this one has been underhyped. Believe it or not, I have not been seeing much mention of it personally. The odd trailers here and there. 😛
