Delta Force: Hawk Ops gets first gameplay teaser trailer

Level Infinite and TiMi Studio Group have shared the first gameplay teaser trailer for Delta Force: Hawk Ops. Delta Force: Hawk Ops will be a free-to-play multiplayer game that will release on PC, consoles and smartphones. As such, we strongly suggest tempering your expectations, especially if you are a die-hard Delta Force fan.

To be honest, this Delta Force game feels more like a mix of Call of Duty with Black Hawk Down. Or at least that’s the vibe I got from this teaser trailer. It definitely doesn’t feel like a Delta Force game, that’s for sure.

Since this is a F2P game, we can also assume that it will have micro-transactions. Now I don’t mind this if the game is not a grinding hell. However, if Delta Force: Hawk Ops requires hours upon hours of grinding to unlock weapons/armor, it can rot in hell.

Level Infinite will reveal more details about this new Delta Force game on August 22nd. Until then, enjoy this teaser trailer!

  2. Oh how the might have fallen!

WTF is this garbage, casual crap?! Delta Force is supposed to be a tactical, slow, non-forgiving, SP experience, not a COD: Warzone clone!

  3. joint operations was a mp delta force that killed the franchise, this is like that with cod and rainbow six siege.

    1. New vote coming up in October. I think this will be the 6th one. I’ve never heard of a site that lets people vote about what is allowed to be posted or what is to be censored. That’s something unique about this site.

      1. We must be prepared for the hordes of Biden supporters who will flock to this site just to vote against free speech.
Last year, those freaks almost won.

      2. Sometimes I wonder what’s even the point. You already have to self-censor or get caught by a word filter and John will censor your post for you. That’s not really free speech at all. The owner doesn’t care about free speech or else he wouldn’t censor posts and he wouldn’t put it to a vote every year he would just tell these commies to eff off.

    2. I’ve never interacted with that fa**ot on any level that I can recall and I can’t see his posts either. Must be one of those “centrists” who are actually leftists in drag.

  5. Black Hawk Down from 2003 was very good. It is a shame you can’t buy that game anymore on steam.
This on the other hand looks like a slap in the face for fans of this series.

    1. It’s been many, many years since I played it but I do recall that it was a fun game and I would still recommend it.

You can still get it along with the expansion Team Sabre on GOG. The $20 regular price is too high imo but it can be picked up on a good sale for $4 or $5 and then there’s always for free on abandonware sites.

  6. As they say, “if something is free, you’re the product”. No thanks.

  7. Looks like a vertical slice. Very limited playable areas when Delta Force (the good ones any way) were about huuuge maps. Lots of NPCs standing around near the player, enemies and friends alike. A lot of scripted events happening. It’s not representative of actual gameplay, even if there is more than a vertical slice, which I doubt.

  8. Delta Force games published by Sierra were pretty good back in the day. Doubt this one will be even close to them.
