Bandai Namco has released the Overview Trailer for CODE VEIN 2. This trailer spotlights key features that you will utilise to survive the post-apocalyptic world in CODE VEIN 2.
The trailer shows a deep look at several systems and features of the game, starting with combat. In CODE VEIN II, the combat is designed to give you lots of control so you can create your own playstyle. You can do this by choosing your weapon, your Jail artifact, and your Formae or Blood Code. All of these help you find the best way to win fights. Your partner is also very important. They have their own strengths and weaknesses, and they can even save you when you go down by using the Restorative Offering to heal you.
The trailer also highlights the story. You must save a world that is close to collapsing. Your journey will take you through places like the flooded ruins of the Sunken City, the Undead Forest, the Corroded Scar, the isolated MagMell Island, and more. Along the way, you will meet legendary heroes from the past who can help you. You’ll need to use everything your character can do to defeat tough enemies and epic bosses and to protect the future.
Finally, the trailer shows the game’s detailed character customization system. You can adjust almost everything about your character, including their body, hairstyle, face, accessories, and makeup. A Character Creator Demo will be released on January 23, 2026. It gives you 64 save slots, and all of them can be used in the final game. This means you can start designing your perfect Revenant Hunter early.
Bandai Namco will release the game on January 30th. For those wondering, yes. CODE VEIN 2 will have Denuvo. You can also find its official PC system requirements here.
