  1. Looks interesting enough, and from community members, seems like there’s being a lot of nice small changes. One alarming thing is that the build they played at was on pc and locked at 30 fps….

      1. Bunch of small changes, movement changes, backstabs changes, weapon arts, the jumping attack has being changed. All seem pretty good and equipping you with the best tools for pve and pvp.

        1. DS2 was hold back by last gen consoles, with those gone i think they might be able to deliver the game with these graphics. Bloodborne looks really good on PS4.

  2. The praise this game gets is so so so so undeserved. 5 games of the “from software game” and barely any innovation….it’s just the same game reskinned over and over and yet people still praise it. “it’s a difficult game” my a*s. It offers nothing storywise and the gameplay is the same thing over and over and over again being masked up as being difficult. This is more like the hipster game. OMGGG!!!! I play Dark Souls i’m a hardcore gamer!!!! Not to mention the fanbase of this game is totally laughable.

  3. Watched IGN’s 16 minute DS3 video and I really think the player character’s movements got faster and estus flask is now instant heal. Oh and the player sucks XD (equips shield. won’t use it)

      1. Why are you interested in the reasons for why some From Software games are great that almost everyone comes all over them games?

          1. I guess any kind of fanaticism will always be seen as ridiculous view from neutral(or negative) eyes. There are way worse fanbases out there.

          2. So do you actually think Dark Souls fanbase is actually worse than biowh*res, biof*gs, autistcrafters, etc? lol

          3. Learn from the other dude that answered me, at least he managed to express a well composed thought.

          4. Indeed he did, unlike your ramblings about “hurr durr fanbase and media hype”. Let me explain how sh*t works for once: A game/book/movie becomes popular and critically praised, what happens next? Dumb people and journlolists will like the game as well.

Your ramblings is just a overreaction over popular things which is as dumb as the worst fanboy, specially when you admit that the games have merit and quality. Get over yourself.

  4. played about 600 hours of ds2 and 200 of bloodborne just this year so this is for me the most wanted game of 2016

  5. Demon souls was probably the most innovative game of last
generation with what it brougyht with all the online mechanics. DS 1 refined
that even more by adding even more online elements to pve play. While I do
agree that DS 3 is a bit too soon, it’s still going to be a good game I’m sure.
DS 1 is actuall my favorite game of all time. Curious what souls games have you
played? But for me the strength comes from the level design, Olympic levels of customization,
pvp, game design, variety of things to fight, music, atmosphere, lore/story,
and just a fun game that didn’t hold your hand at all. People that brag about
it’s difficult are usually just trolls, it’s not like Ninjia Gaiden 2 hard at
    all.

    1. DS1 and DS2, stopped playing both of them quite soon as i found the so much glorified “story/lore” poor to say the least. While i agree with your points that it doesn’t hold your hand and an overall good, not excellent, level design, i found it too lacking in too many aspects to really be a great game. Good game? Yes, but it gets too much praise as you’d think it’s a masterpeice which is clearly not. The media has been coming all over it for the past years while i see no innovation in any of these games, it’s the same one over and over again, even bloodborne is the same soup with the same ingredients just served on a different plate.

      1. Well the story/lore is there. If you take the time to look at the item descriptions or even architecture you’ll find the a story there, a bit less with ds 2. Not to mention from various interviews and hidden folders on pc there is evidence of the story once being much less vague, and only removed to have different interpretations, which is fantastic if you ask me! But not for everyone.
IDK, from the ball shaped world with levels that were built on top of each other, to locations that really convey a place, and the sheer detail these kinds of believable worlds haven’t been around since the times of thief the dark project. DS 1 is my favorite game of all time, and I consider it a flawed masterpiece, especially later on in the unfinished parts. Sure the media always focus on the difficulty, but that the media. IDK, it’s a formula that works and there’s plenty of differences from the world tendencies in demon souls, to humanity uses in ds1, to insight in bloodborne. Bunch of little details in each game that separates the games from others. Like I said 5 games in 7 years is wayyy too much, but than again the head dev is president now and he said now that he’s in charge things will be different.

        1. Well as i said 😛 good game, not great! But there it goes to personal preferences, pleasure discuss it with you.
