Until Dawn Remake feature

Until Dawn is coming to PC on October 4th

Sony has just announced that the remake of Until Dawn will be released on PC on October 4th. To celebrate this announcement, the company has shared a new trailer which you can find below.

This trailer compares the remake with the original version. As such, it can give you an idea of the visual and graphical improvements that will be implemented to it.

Until Dawn will be now powered by Unreal Engine 5. According to Sony, Ballistic Moon updated the character models, environments, interactable props, visual effects, and animations. Not only that but it seems that the game will have Ray Tracing.

For what it’s worth, Sony hasn’t yet revealed the game’s PC requirements. However, we do know that Until Dawn will require a PSN account on PC.

Finally, the devs have reworked the game’s Prologue. As Sony noted, they have given the Washingtons extra screen time to explore their close family bond and get to know them a little better. They have also reframed some of the original scenes and developed the context around the infamous prank.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

  1. They announce this trash for PC every month. No one other that low IQ controller users and console n*ggers play this kind of trash on PC.

  2. No commentary walk-through in Youtube is the best to play these type of "Games" !
Even potato can experience this "cinematic" horror !

    1. If you're going to waste your time, at least be the one holding the controller!
      LOL
Man, I love walking sims (the decent ones, this one is good enough).
Btw, speaking of walking sims, The Callisto Protocol is set be free to keep from 22 to 29 this month.
That one doesn't worth it and also you need the cancer launcher, but it's only fair to warn about it.

  3. Does this count as the first Sony, first party, single player game coming to pc day and date as the console?

  4. Another single player game that requires a PSN account? Why do these companies insist on destroying what little positive reputation they built up with the PC community over the years with moronic decisions like these?

  5. Saw the video… Yet another great atmosphere destroyed by this shïtty engine. In a game were the atmosphere means everything, you can say this remake is a disservice.
