Darksiders 4 feature

THQ Nordic has officially announced Darksiders 4

THQ Nordic has just announced the next part in its Darksiders series, Darksiders 4. From the looks of it, the game is in a very early development stage. The reason I’m saying this is because we only got a teaser trailer and nothing more.

Darksiders 4 will be a third-person action adventure game. You will fight, explore, and solve puzzles in a story-rich, post-apocalyptic world. This means it will be like the earlier Darksiders games. It won’t be an isometric game like Darksiders Genesis. To be honest, I liked that one. But if you didn’t, this should be good news for you.

In Darksiders 4, players will take up one of the legendary Horsemen. Each will have its own unique weapons and combat styles. So, my guess is that we’re looking at a co-op title. Or at least that’s what its description makes it sound like. I just hope there will be a solo option for those of us who enjoy single-player games.

Players will enjoy fast and exciting action with close-up fighting, smooth movement, and powerful magical abilities. They will also explore ruined lands full of secrets, tough enemies, and huge, legendary bosses.

And that’s all for now. There is no release date yet for Darksiders 4. We also don’t know which game engine it will use. As soon as we find out, we’ll make sure to let you know.

Enjoy the teaser trailer and stay tuned for more!

  1. I believe most of us are hoping for a THQ Darksiders. And yet we probably all fear that we are getting a norDIC Darksiders.

  2. After so many years, and after so many months after the last CGI TEASER, they are releasing another CGI Teaser. What a joke.

  3. Oh man I remember playing DarkSiders 1 and 2, such great games.

Willing to bet no one from the original teams are working on this one and it will be a completely different game. Better or worse, no idea.

    1. no the first game was great the second was a looter rpg with too many slop dungeons and padding and a story that went nowhere.

      1. gameplay was ok tho, I remember bits of the story but then again, darksiders is a hack-n-slash, the type of game I’d want good gameplay that I don’t mind repeating over story.

      1. I think i like it because of Death characterization, and the combat is an improvement for sure…but they lost me with the loot focus.
Cool story still and even greater ending for that game.

        1. I liked the loot focus and the open world.
This however seems to be co-op and its made by Remnant From The Ashes devs.
So it might have map random generation like those games and loot. In whatever form that may come as.
I just hope they don't botch the story, cause it continues where the first game left off.

  4. Bro I love demons and sh*t, I've been openly asking them to possess me, but these low IQ inferior midgets don't have the balls to do anything to me.
I've even converted to Christianity for them to be delicious or whatever.
COME POSESS ME IF YOU DARE YOU LOW IQ H*MO DEMON CUCKS

  5. Darksiders 1, 2, Genesis were all my type of games(soulful B-tier). super solid fundamentals(zelda, Looter, Twinstick), with a consistent and epic world/art. Now I hope they pull off the Co-op entry. Great news(now show gameplay).

  6. I'm so happy we're finally getting a new Darksiders games.

I'm kind of so so on the fact Strife's game was basically a smaller AA entry (Genesis) and DS4 is the big one with all four.

  7. Loved Darksiders 1 & 2. But Darksiders 3 was meh. Please don't make this one like the 3 and please don't change the voice actors. They were really phenomenal voice acting in this game.
