Epic Games is currently giving away for free the first two Styx games, Styx: Master of Shadows and Styx: Shards of Darkness. Until January 22nd, PC gamers can visit their EGS pages and acquire their free copies.
Since Styx: Blades of Greed comes out on February 19th, this is the best way to play and experience the previous parts of the series. So, kudos to Epic Games and NACON for this free giveaway.
Styx: Master of Shadows is an infiltration game with RPG elements taking place in a dark fantasy universe, where you sneak, steal and assassinate your way through as Styx, a Goblin two-centuries of age.
On the other hand, Styx: Shards of Darkness is the sequel. In this game, you can explore large open areas, sneak past enemies, or take them out quietly. You’ll also face new enemies and bosses, and you can try out many new skills and weapons that Styx, the goblin assassin, can use.
