KOEI Tecmo has just announced that Rise of the Ronin will be released on PC on March 11th. To celebrate this announcement, the publisher has shared a new PC trailer which you can find below. Moreover, KOEI Tecmo shared the game’s official PC system requirements.
Rise of the Ronin is an open-world action RPG from Team Ninja. In this game, you will embark on an epic journey across war-torn 19th-century Japan.
The PC version will support resolutions up to 8K, ultra-wide and super ultra-wide monitors, and framerates up to 120FPS. Moreover, there will be support for Ray Tracing and 3D audio. Plus, there will be support for NVIDIA DLSS, AMD FSR and Intel XeSS.
PC gamers will at least need an Intel Core i5-10400 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT. With this kind of PC setup, you’ll be able to run the game at 1080p/30FPS under the lowest graphics settings (upscaled).
To run Rise of the Ronin at 1080p/60FPS under the standard graphics settings (upscaled), you’ll need an Intel Core i5-10600K or AMD Ryzen 5 5600X with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super or AMD Radeon RX 6700XT.
Here is hoping that Rise of the Ronin will not suffer from most of the issues that were present in previous Team Ninja games. Dynasty Warriors: Origins had a great PC version, but that game was developed by Omega Force. So, fingers crossed that Team Ninja learned its lesson.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

Lol. 2080 for standard graphics settings and upscaled 1080p/60FPS in VERY UGLY game.
It's Jap devs, what do you expect. Except Capcom (in some instant), the rest just doesn't give a fvck about PC. They just throw game on PC with barely effort to make some quick cash and call it a day.
Nine days before AC: Shadows. Noice!
Shadows will annihilate this on sale and reviews, keep coping.
Of course you support the eastern BLM simulator.
I have no dog in this fight but thanks

once again showing optimization in games is dead, courtesy of upscalers and frame generators, why would they spend time and money making sure the game runs well when they can offload that cost into someone else? they wont
get ready for your future next gen games at 15fps bloated to 150 looking like a mexican soap opera in the process
What in the 2000?
This is KOEI we are talking about. There is 50% chance this will be a good port. They are the most inconsistent developers when it comes to PC versions.
I hope it's good because I want to play it.
Ninja Gaiden 2 Remake needs some PC performance analysis. There is little information about the PC version of this game.
They did best what they could. It's just UE5 that's terrible to run, forces raytracing, have nonsense system requirements & relies on upscaling. That's why I admire & encourage developers to develop their in-house engine for games. It shows they care.
agreed…UE5 needed some more time in the oven before it was released to the public. many other engines are more efficient and scale better.
I won't forgive them for the horrible port of Toukiden: Kiwami.
50%? You're so generous, blud. My guess is 99% it will run like sh*t on PC. Most Jap devs doesn't care about PC.
For a game that looks like from the PS4, those requirements tell me it runs like crap
17:01 This you?

Can't see the video…i don't have a Youtube channel anyways.
It’s not Youtube, it’s a screenshot of some comments in a Youtube video.
90 percent sure it’s you, it’s your username and avatar
Ah, yeah that was me
I always knew you were from Argentine
PS4? PS2!
Way of the samurai was ahead of its time.
Is this you? https://youtu.be/ocXVTcbzLRY?t=1020
Looks more of a PS3 title.
Nice counter-attack japanese devs! Somebody prepare funeral for ubicough! Hahaha!
This is very inauthentic. Needs more traditional black main character.
On a mostly relevant note, Yasuke was in two of Team Ninja's games: Nioh 1 and 2. IMO they did a better job of making him look cool than ubisoft could ever hope to do. I highly recommend checking those games out, especially the 2nd one. To me, Nioh 2 was one of the best games of last generation, and it was the most amount of hours I ever put into a single player game too (over 370).
WE WUZ NANJAS AND SHEIT
I know it was sarcasm but clearly you didn't see the trailer. It says you can customise your own character whilst they were showing a black protagonist on screen.
It shouldn’t be an “option.” This just allows racists to continue marginalizing black people and their history. It’s literally a micro-aggression which is basically violence.
People choose to be racist regardless of the circumstance. If they depicted Yasuke in a realistic fashion in ACS they’ll find a reason to complain simply because it’s a black character existing in a feudal setting. I don’t know the plot of this game but I’m gonna assume, like Assassin’s Creed, it’s not going to be historically accurate either.
looks like a PS3 game to me. Yuck!
180GB? damn they giving CoD a run for its money here on new biggest game lol
