      1. That was HD remake though, right?
Hmm… I’m quite confused on what’s going to be better. Just a remaster or go for a remake and change the old mechanics.

        1. Resident Evil on the Gamecube was a remake of the PS1 original. They rebuild all assets from the ground up, added & changed some puzzles and mechanics but overall stayed very faithful to the original. The version that got re-released in January was a HD port/remaster of the Gamecube game.

I think what we’re all hoping for is something similar to the PS1 to Gamecube upgrade, where we’ll have a modern looking game that still mostly plays and feels like the original.

      1. My dad had a camcorder to record the beautiful moment of me coming to this world ,unlike you being born in the ‘project’ by a dad.

  1. I feel conflicted about this. I don’t think they’re going to be able to make it as great as REmake. I have a bad feeling it’s going to either be bad like RE6 or cheap like the Revelations games.

    1. Good thing you know nothing about game development then isn’t it. we don’t need negativity already.

  2. It has to be a full remake. There’s no way they’d try the same background filter trick with PS1 backgrounds.
