Modder ‘RoseRosenberg’ has released a new version of his Fallout New York mod/unofficial expansion for Fallout 4. As its title suggests, this unofficial expansion will be based on New York and the first priority is to create the city around Central Park which will be closed for the moment.
Naturally, this current version of Fallout New York does not represent the quality of the final version. The entrance for New York is on Memory Den with a door (for the moment) and in future versions the city will be modified to be more destroyed with exploring places and enemy camps.
In its current state, this unofficial expansions is updated on a monthly basis and does not currently feature navmesh, quests or a road.

Have fun!

Every “new world” mod has LOD issues.
I haven’t heard that yet. What issue is it exactly?
dont you see how in the distance everything pops into existence?
They just haven’t gotten around to making them yet
What’s the point of releasing it then?
Are you saying that if a mod doesn’t have LoD’s it shouldn’t be released? Jfc they’ll get to it. People can enjoy the mod in it’s current state and they can simply update. It’s a win win
I haven’t used one yet personally.
“does not currently feature navmesh, quests or a road.”
Or an AI.
Man. Grateful to these “big mod” modders because all singleplayer is getting is… oh wait we aint getting sh*t!
