New Sonic game coming to PC in 2022, gets official teaser trailer

SEGA has just announced that a new official Sonic game will be coming to PC in 2022. The team behind this new Sonic will be the one that worked on Sonic Generations and Sonic Forces. Additionally, you can find below the game’s official teaser trailer.

Furthermore, SEGA is currently working on Sonic Origins. This will be a new compiled series that includes Sonic the Hedgehog 1, 2, Sonic 3 & Knuckles as well as Sonic CD.

Lastly, SEGA announced Sonic Colors: Ultimate. Sonic Colors: Ultimate is an adrenaline-pumping remaster of the beloved 2010 platformer, Sonic Colors. The game will release digitally on PC via the Epic Games Store on September 7th.

    1. I already bought Sonic Colours on Wii and DS so are looking forward to this remaster on PC that won’t be limited to 30fps. I’ll naturally be sailing the high seas this time though due to Sega having partnered with Timmy Tencent.

  1. If you don’t mind 2D, why not trying the first Sonic games on Megadrive?
    If you want to go PC, try Sonic Mania, it’s definitely one of the best.

    Among the 3D ones, personally, the only one I have is Sonic Generations, which is pretty good and a nice alternative mixing 2D and 3D gameplay.
