          1. yes but the 760 does have 4gig models you know. And if the games engine is not that demanding then 4K would not be that big of a deal.
Besides Metal gear rising runs fine at 4K on even a HD 7770 GHZ edition… And I am sure this game will not be demanding at all

  1. “GeForce GTX 650 or above”

gtx 560 ti cant run this game?

obviously it can but id like requirments to be more detailed for a change.

Other than that top notch requirments. Unlike LIEsoft.

    1. remember MGR system requirements? GTS 450 and I5. i managed to run that game with my old pc “hd 5450 and dual core” with 30fps+. these requirements are pretty much the same. i can guarantee you that any mid-range pc will run this game 1080p 60fps with no problems what’s so ever

  2. i7 + GTX 760 here. Hope I can max it 1080p60 (locked, FXAA), because usually “Recommended” is not enough to max everything AND get a locked 60fps. Regardless, I’m buying it. 🙂

    1. ‘max’ can mean lot of things , you will be able to get same quality as PS4 at 60fps for sure.. but will you be able to ‘max’ it.. who knows , maybe even a 980 couldn’t max it if some demanding PC only settings are available

  3. Its TWIMTBP title so it’s only going to recommend the Nvidia as usual

I bet they are going to announce HBAO+ and advanced tessellation Gameworks features on Nvidia close to launch though.

    1. Don’t know what’s so special about generic implementation of HBAO+ in games. IIRC WD had crawling in the grass with HBAO+, when BF3 had super smooth and stable grass with both SSAO and HBAO, also Crysis series have very good AO

  4. no need for worry , 7770 for minimum and 7870 or 270 for recommended.

they partnered with NV so probably that’s why we see only NV GPUs. wasn’t it the same like for MG Rising.. system req showed only NV but i played it with 270x and it was perfectly fine

        1. It seems that i still have a screenshot of performance graph that i sent to amd support. This is on 7950@1100MHz + i5 on ultra and medium zandatsu setting during the 1st MG Ray fight, game version is day one i think. Later i replayed this on 290X and it still had some rare drops to mid 50s or lower, but nothing too crucial, just not as perfectly locked 60fps as lets say Dark Souls 2 port.

    1. Well only AFTER next-gen comes(1year at least) someone will know what rig is capable to run well next-gen games!

      1. I am sure it won’t be a demanding game just because it’s under “current gen” Consoles… So I am sure a R7 260 AMD or a Nvidia 750ti mid range cards will run the game just fine

  5. Devs statement is hiralious: ” You might find upgrading PCs is just one of those things that gets easier the more you do it. ” Pretty easy!

  6. It’s either
    – they don’t have the specs for AMD because it’s AMD’s fault
    – they do have the specs but are hiding them because of the partnership with Nvidia, which is not known for “doing the work for everyone”
    – they are just dumb and not worried about informing consumers with AMD hardware, which is also happens to be closest to the hardware used in PS4 and XB1.
