Sony has officially confirmed that Horizon Zero Dawn will release on the PC in Summer 2020. Although the publisher did not reveal much, a Steam store page has appeared, meaning that the game will be available on Valve’s digital store.
As Sony stated:
“It’s important that we stay open to new ideas of how to introduce more people to PlayStation. We also want to show people maybe what they’ve been missing out on.”
PC gamers will receive the Complete Edition of Horizon Zero Dawn this Summer. This Edition includes the huge expansion The Frozen Wilds, featuring new lands, skills, weapons and Machines.
Sony and Guerrilla Games will reveal more details about Horizon Zero Dawn PC in the coming months, so stay tuned for more!

Bloodborne engine only has framepace issues at 30fps, 60fps will run fine.
I believe it will come to PC, since there is a high demand for Bloodborne PC port.
It’s not even the engine itself, you can cap Dark Souls 3 at 30 fps with perfect frame pacing on PC (which uses the same engine). It’s FromSoft’s weird implementation of VSync on consoles that they haven’t fixed 3 games later.
Oh man…Hope FromSoftware do it as well. I own all Souls games (finished multiple times each one of them).

There’s no console that push games in 4K actually, apart from the lighter games and again…
Your TV CAN output 4K but your TV broadcast is still not higher than 720p… and the console games are still displaying in 1080p for 95% of them….
Most games on Xbox One X are native 4K.
Games on PS4 Pro are between 1440-1800p upscaled to 4K.
