Forever Entertainment has announced that FRONT MISSION 2: Remake will be released on PC on April 30th. Moreover, the publisher has shared a PC demo that you can download right now from Steam.
For those unaware, FRONT MISSION 2 is a tactical RPG strategy that blends intense strategy with a deep and involved storyline. The remake aims to preserve the mature story, strategic turn-based combat, and Wanzer customization options of the original.
FRONT MISSION 2: Remake has improved loading speeds, and a new ‘free camera’ option. This will allow you to zoom in during gameplay and check out Wanzers in detail. Furthermore, there are new coloring and camouflage options, as well as support for many new languages. Players can also expect modern in-game effects, and a renewed soundtrack.
You can go ahead and download the PC demo from this link. You can also find below a new trailer for it.
Enjoy!

Hey I remember this, kind of. I played a lot of Front Mission 3 on the PSOne but I never played 2. It was like FF Tactics with robots, I remember liking it a lot, so I might give this one a try.

At least this is first time this game has been fully translated but given the state of localization, I’m sure it’s been butchered to hell. What i don’t understand is why don’t they release and translate fm5, that game was great and looks better than this one and it’s a ps2 game?
You can play FM5 with HD textures on PCSX2 using a fan translation patch
