Frictional Games released a new teaser trailer for its upcoming unannounced game

Frictional Games has just released a new teaser trailer for its upcoming unannounced game. In this teaser trailer, titled “I am Tasi”, we hear a woman… or perhaps a robot with a female voice. I mean, after SOMA, we can expect this kind of experiences from Frictional Games.

Frictional Games has produced some truly amazing double-A games. The Penumbra series was amazing for its time, and Amnesia: The Dark Descent was one of the best horror games. SOMA was also an exceptional experience, and we highly recommend playing it (if you haven’t).

Unfortunately, we don’t really know when Frictional Games will officially reveal this new title. However, we’ll be sure to keep you posted. Until then, enjoy the following trailer!

    1. SOMA ? Interesting story and atmosphere wise, gameplay is ok if you liked Amnesia and puzzle filled progression, worth your time if you like the setting, otherwise in a more pessimistic view, it’s a walking simulator version of Bioshock with some elements of Alien Isolation

      1. Gameplay was not ok, it was somehow even more simplified than Amnesia and that game was mostly walking and finding oil for your lamp without any inventory management unlike Penumbra.

I’m not optimistic at all about their next game, I was with SOMA and that was a big dissappointment.

    2. SOMA had much better writing than Amnesia, but they also minimized the gameplay a lot, making it closer to a walking simulator than its predecessor. I remember watching an interview where some guy at Frictional said that they didn’t want the gameplay to get in the way of the story or something along those lines, which I thought was a very bad sign for things to come, so I’m cautious about hyping their next game before I see more of it, I have a bad feeling about this one.

  1. if you walk down a corridor in real life it’s boring but in a video game it’s an “experience”, allegedly. also gotta love the logical progression of trailers. first they showed no gameplay, now they show nothing at all. what’s next? no audio?

  3. google frictional games, all they make is walking simulators and low iq teenage f4ggots buy them because they have nothing else to do.
