Forza Horizon 6 feature

Forza Horizon 6 is rumored to be released on May 19th

It appears that Forza Horizon 5 may have leaked the release date for Forza Horizon 6. According to an in-game prompt, Forza Horizon 6 will be released on May 19th. However, those who pre-order it will get their hands on it four days later, on May 15th.

In September 2025, Microsoft shared a teaser trailer for this new Forza Horizon game. From what we know, Forza Horizon 6 will take place in Japan. It will use an enhanced version of the same engine that Playground Games used in Forza Horizon 5.

Those who pre-order the Premium Version will get VIP Membership, a Welcome Pack, a Car Pass, and a Time Attack Car Pack. They will also get an Italian Passion Car Pack and 2 Premium Expansions. However, these will not be available at launch. They will come out as post-launch DLCs.

Forza Horizon 6 will be shown off next week at the Xbox Developer_Direct. My guess is that we’ll get an official confirmation of the release date, as well as the first gameplay trailer for it.

Since the game is rumored to hit stores in May 2026, we can assume that pre-orders will go live during the Xbox Developer_Direct event. In theory, we might also get the official PC system requirements.

Anyway, as with all rumors, I suggest taking it with a grain of salt. Since this leak comes directly from Forza Horizon 5, it sounds legit. But hey, you can never be sure. Especially now, with how users have been using AI to fake things.

Stay tuned for more!
