Epic Games has announced that Football Manager 2024 and Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts are free to keep on Epic Games Store. From today until September 12th, PC gamers can visit their EGS pages and acquire their free copies.
Football Manager 2024 is the best soccer/football manager game. In 2024, the devs brought enhancements to player animations, ball physics and lighting. As such, the game has the most immersive Match Engine in Football Manager history.
FM2024 also comes with an overhauled Set Piece Creator, a refined transfer market, new tools to build a dream squad, and the inclusion of individual Targets.
On the other hand, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts is single-player sniper FPS title. The game comes with large, open-ended maps, powered by CRYENGINE. Players will have to use tactics and approach their enemies stealthily in order to take them down.
You can get your free copies for these two games from here and here.
Have fun!

i have 400 free games on epic store that I'm definitely never gonna play.
I have 174 and played at least one or 2 to completion (death stranding and Elite Dangerous), others i played before aquiring on Epic.
It makes one wonder, why doesn't STEAM give any free game giveaways and offers unlike EGS ?
As much as I dislike Epic Games store, I have to admit that some of the free game offers which I have grabbed over the past few years have been at least worth it, lol.
I mean getting these PC tittles free of cost isn't bad if you are into gaming, and assuming you haven't bought them before on STEAM or any other platform, IMHO.
Like e.g., PREY (2017), Dishonored, Dragon Age Inquisition, Outer Worlds, Ghostwire Tokyo, The Evil Within 1/2, Fallout 3, Bioshock 1/2 remastered, A plague Tale: Innocence, Metro Last light:Redux, and Ghostrunner.
Many more titles were also on offer but they weren't for my gaming taste, so not worth grabbing them.
.
BTW, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts is an average sniper shooter. Not very good in my experience. I got bored on some of the maps and missions.
The enemy AI also gets pretty dumb/aggressive in some of the game levels (if not all), and the sniping stealth mechanics do little to help overcome them, because the AI behavior and awareness was overly scripted by the game devs.
I did get Metro last light (not Redux Edition) on Steam, and classic Half life, lol. There are some free giveaways on Steam and Gog, just don't rely on John's crappy reporting, he only cares about clicks.
Steam gives away free games every now and then.
Steam has never given away a single game for free. It has always been developers and publishers that have done this on Steam.
Epic, GOG and Amazon do give away games for free, and they pay this out of their own pocket.
Steam has done a couple free game giveaways before. The last one I remember was back in like 2013/2014 when on Christmas they gave away Left 4 Dead 2. It's extremely rare that they give away games, but it's happened on occasion.
That's a 15-year-old game made by Valve thatmselves….
Wasn't in 2014.
Free is free, no excuses.
Oh yeah, true.
They did give away Half Life 1.
Because unlike most other greedy corporations just focused on rising quartely profits, Valve is a very visionary entity.
That's why they managed to build up a near-monopoly on digital distribution of PC games over the years, starting all the way back in 2004.
Valve similarly was ridiculed for their first shot at creating a gaming OS build upon Linux more than ten years ago.
Around a decade later, and Valve has the rising PC handheld market already cornered with a very first-gen. product.
Like seriously, I'm just amazed by how impressed people already are with the current state of SteamOS.
In reality, right now it's still an unfinished mess internally, and yet even that is enough to beat Windows in the PC handheld space.
Just wait until the people get their hands on all the Linux improvements we are cooking right now over the coming years…

Just lovin' how gullible you are for AI-written fake news!
For anyone else, here's the fully trustable "author" of the above "article":

It's not "AI fake news", don't be a crazy conspiracy nut.
And there is nothing weird about that author at all.
Gabe Newell has an extremely lavish lifestyle with multiple yachts and multiple extremely expensive houses. He's not Mother Theresa, he's just as greedy as every other billionaire.
I know you're a Linux fanboy, and you feel the need to defend Gabe Newell because of SteamOS, but calm down on the billionaire simping buddy. Gabe doesn't care about you, he was opening champagne bottles in his private resort in New Zealand during COVID.
you garbage linux fanboys cannot resist a tiny bit of criticism over ur overrated OS and bad business practices of valve
At this point, using Steam feels like you're getting scammed.
Amazon Prime gives away a ton of GOG and Epic games every month.
These are the games Amazon is giving out this month:
epic store is a scam, it gives you games but if you have problems you have to write in the steam forum, epic users suck LOL
Why complain over the spare change, beggar? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5N13krYMyw
epic users complain about steam, but as soon as they have a problem they run to the steam forums to ask for help LOL how hypocritical
That's not free because you need to pay amazon every month.
Fair point! I see it as free because it just came "free" in addition to free shipping and Prime Video, but you're right, at the end of the day you're paying for this.
I still think it's an excellent deal for what you get, since you get to keep all those Epic and GOG games even after you unsubscribe.
because valve is not desperate like epic flop store and does not need paying users LOL
Too bad you can't beg Steam for some free games…
I don’t need it I’m not a bum I buy and support the industry epic users only know being parasites LOL 👍🤣
Did you redeem Epic’s latest offering, beggar?
yes but only to show that on Epic you can redeem free games and that’s it lol, meanwhile the games purchased on steam, gog, itchio and zoom platform are increasing 👍🤣
Steam is a monopoly, they don't need to, simple as that.
What's common between Valve, Nvidia, Apple, Google, and Microsoft? Steam isn't a monopoly. They didn't bribe their way in or buy competition to shut them down. All they did was offer users exactly what they want and publishers followed. Steam is the dominant PC platform.
Because they don't need to, duh
