First-person sci-fi survival horror game, Routine, is coming to PC in late 2025

After five whole years, Lunar Software has broken its radio silence and announced a release window for its first-person sci-fi survival horror game, Routine. Routine will be coming to PC in early 2025. Moreover, Raw Fury released a new gameplay trailer that you can find below.

Routine is set on an abandoned lunar base designed around an 80s vision of the future. In this game, players will explore and investigate their surroundings as they survive against unknown threats.

Players will roam through contrasting sectors of the lunar base, from abandoned malls to deteriorating Living Quarters. They will also uncover crucial information to progress and piece together the events that unfolded before their arrival.

Routine will have full body awareness, diegetic audio, and minimal UI. According to the devs, these will help create a gripping and atmospheric experience.

For what it’s worth, Raw Fury hasn’t yet shared the game’s PC requirements. As soon as it does, we’ll be sure to share them with you.

Enjoy the trailer and stay tuned for more!

  1. Holy cow, it's alive! I didn't see an update on this game for ages, and now it's actually got a release window! Also Mick Gordon is composing the sound track for this. I do hope it's good and not another one of those boring and trite horror walking simulators.

  2. first of all sureeee yeah right, second of all, isnt it amazing how good this game looks despite it has been in development forever, its mindblowing how little graphics have improved since 2014.

But this is vapourware, so I don't mind this time.
