TinyBuildGames has announced that OMYOG’s dino game, FEROCIOUS, will be released on December 4th. To celebrate this announcement, the publisher shared a new trailer and the game’s PC requirements.

Inspired by classic pulp adventure stories like King Kong and Jurassic Park, as well as modern tactical shooters such as Crysis, FEROCIOUS plunges players into intense jungle combat.

In FEROCIOUS, your story starts after a shipwreck in the Pacific Ocean. You wake up on the beach of a dangerous island. Your main goal is to find your missing brother, but you soon realize you’re not alone. Mercenaries are everywhere, turning the island into a place where you must use stealth, strategy, and survival skills. Each map is carefully designed and gives you different ways to sneak past enemies and avoid their camps.

The new trailer shows a cool new feature in the game. Players can now control dinosaurs using the Dino Control Device. With this tool, you can scan certain dinosaurs and give them commands. Fans of classic dino games and movies will also notice fun references to Turok 2, like riding a Triceratops, and Jurassic Park 2, like returning a baby dinosaur to its parent.

To run FEROCIOUS, you will at least need an Intel Core i5 4th Gen or AMD equivalent with 12GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GTX 1060 or AMD RX 580. The game will use the DX11 API, and it will require 25GB of free disk space.

The devs recommend using an Intel Core i7 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and up with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA RTX 2060 or AMD RX 5600.
