Activision announced the release date for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, and shared its first multiplayer gameplay trailer. This trailer shows over 2 minutes of gameplay footage from the MP modes. At launch, the game will have 18 maps and 30 weapons.
COD: BO7 promises to have next-level Omnimovement, as well as 20+ brutal scorestreaks. Players can also expect weapon build sharing and weapon prestige.
It’s also worth noting that the publisher has shared the date for the Open Beta phase. All players will be able to play the COD: Black Ops 7 MP Beta between October 5th and October 8th. Those who pre-order the full game will gain early access to it. As such, they will be able to start playing on October 2nd.
In Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Treyarch and Raven Software want to give players the craziest Black Ops story yet. The year is 2035. The world is falling apart after huge wars and mind games that started in Black Ops 2 and Black Ops 6. Now, with high-tech weapons and gear, the Black Ops team, led by David Mason, must stop a powerful enemy who uses fear as their main weapon.
As I’ve already said, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will require both TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot.
Secure Boot is a safety feature found in most modern computers. When it’s turned on, it makes sure that only trusted programs (like Windows and important drivers) can run when your computer starts up. Its main job is to stop dangerous software, like rootkits or viruses, from loading before your system is ready. It checks that everything is safe and approved before letting it run.
TPM 2.0 is a small security chip that comes with most modern computers. It helps keep your system safe by working with your operating system to protect important data. In fact, TPM 2.0 is required to run Windows 11. So, if you’re already using Windows 11, this feature is probably turned on already.
Activision will release Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 on November 14th. For what it’s worth, the publisher has not yet revealed the game’s PC requirements. As soon as it does, we’ll be sure to share them with you.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
