Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be free to play during Battlefield 6’s launch week. This means that you can play this COD game for free between October 9th and October 16th.
During this free to play weekend, players will be able to enjoy COD: BO6’s Campaign and Multiplayer modes. As Activision claimed, you will be able to access 40+ Multiplayer Maps, all six Zombies Maps, including Directed Mode. You can also try new content from The Haunting, like the Gravity, Rig, and Mothball Multiplayer maps. Plus, the Haunted Havoc Zombies limited-time mode will also be playable.
Now, I don’t know if this is enough to steal BF6’s thunder. After all, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is almost one year old. By now, most of its fans will have played it. Moreover, its campaign was a huge letdown. So, I don’t see why anyone would want to play it. It’s better than the campaign of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. However, it was nowhere close to what you’d expect from a COD campaign.
Activision will release the next part of its COD series, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, on November 14th. In Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Treyarch and Raven Software aim to give players the craziest Black Ops story yet. The year is 2035. The world is falling apart after huge wars and mind games that started in Black Ops 2 and Black Ops 6. Now, with high-tech weapons and gear, the Black Ops team, led by David Mason, must stop a powerful enemy who uses fear as their main weapon.
As I’ve already said, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will require both TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. This is exactly like Battlefield 6. So, if you were able to play BF6’s Open Beta, you’ll also be able to play COD: BO7.
Secure Boot is a safety feature found in most modern computers. When it’s turned on, it makes sure that only trusted programs (like Windows and important drivers) can run when your computer starts up. Its main job is to stop dangerous software, like rootkits or viruses, from loading before your system is ready. It checks that everything is safe and approved before letting it run.
TPM 2.0 is a small security chip that comes with most modern computers. It helps keep your system safe by working with your operating system to protect important data. In fact, TPM 2.0 is required to run Windows 11. So, if you’re already using Windows 11, this feature is probably turned on already.
Stay tuned for more!

Thats desperate but also evil. Its like when test drive unlimited solar crown was released with server issues so ubisoft put the crew 2 for one dollar on steam. "Our game works".
Can't believe they tricked people into wasting a dollar on either of those garbage games
The desperation, is real. CoD, the ultimate testament to the stupidity of humanity.
