As promised, Konami has released a new video for Pro Evolution Soccer 2013. In the first episode of its new video series showcasing the features and contents of PES 2013, Konami takes us on a tour through the different modes of the game. Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 is scheduled for a Fall 2012 release on PS3, X360, PC, PSP, PS2, 3DS and Wii. We also expect to see a demo of it around September, so stay tuned for more. Enjoy! Now this. This is F’ing brilliant. This is how game trailers should be made. YouTube’s member ‘Jimmie Russell’ created an amazing fan-made trailer for Ubisoft’s upcoming FPS title, Far Cry 3. Obviously, Russell got tired of all the dubstep music that accompanies the latest game trailers and decided to dub a scene from Far Cry 3’s E3 demo. Now this reminds me of what happened with Duke Nukem Forever. When 3D Realms shut down, some screenshots, artworks and a trailer got leaked online. Well, the same thing is now happening for Project Copernicus, 38 Studios’ MMO version of Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. There aren’t currently any plans for any other studio opting it and finishing, but as they say – there is always hope. Question is whether we want another MMORPG or not. Enjoy! Powered by Unreal Development Kit, Crash Bandicoot HD is JakaPixelArt’s take on how a new Crash Bandicoot game would look like in today’s consoles and PC. Wolfire Games has released a new video for their amazing indie game, Overgrowth. In this video, the company’s programmer, David Rosen, showcases some of the changes he has done in the latest alpha build of the game. This week, David added a Challenge-End UI which gives information about the gamers’ last playthrough. Tiny Wings is perhaps my favourite iPhone game. I’ve spent countless ot hours with those birds and I’m delighted to inform you about its sequel. As promised, BeamNG has released a new video to showcase the progress they’ve done with their physics engine that is imported into Crytek’s CryEngine 3. This new video shows off new cars, intervehicle collision, breaking glass, deformable objects, and various tweaks and improvements. What’s really amazing is that BeamNG’s physics are now running multicore which means they can simulate multiple vehicles (including collision) at over 60 frames per second. Team 17 has released the second developer diary for Worms Revolution. Worms Revolutions is built on a new game engine that pushes 3D landscapes with the same level of detail as the 2D landscapes that Team 17 had previously. In addition, Worms Revolution features a special smoke rendering system which has allowed them to do a huge amount of smoke in the game, a fully physics system where physics objects can be destroyed and they have extra properties when some of them are destroyed, and a brand new water system which is custom made.
