Madmind Studio has released a new teaser trailer for its Unreal Engine 4-powered first-person survival horror game, Agony. Agony is a first-person, survival horror set in HELL, in which players begin their journey as a tormented soul within the depths of the abyss without any recollections of their past.
Agony will give players the special ability to control people on their path, and even possess simple minded demons,
thus giving them the necessary measures to survive in the extreme conditions they are in.
By exploring hostile environment and interacting with the other weary souls of the hellscape, the hero will soon understand that there is only one way to escape from Hell, and it will require a meeting of the mystical Red Goddess.
Enjoy!

Looks like one Hell of a game. Also I saw a hot succubus, hope she doesn’t rip out my heart and leave me in agony.
I dont see how this is one H3ll of a game but resident evil 7 isnt. You have a very distorted view of whats a “good game” In what way are linear walking simulators better than actual gameplay?
Personally i would pick scorn visage or inner chains over this. No none of these games are walking sims. Inner chains is an action adventure game with guns, scorn is nonlinear with weapons and puzzles and visage….well i am not gonna spoil it, but look at the trailers, atleast its scary unlike this game…again i am not gonna spoil the gameplay.
All I wanted to do was just make some puns.
Make some puns.
Make, make, make some puns.
How old are you?
I noticed that kids, teens and young adults are the ones mostly obsessed with open world and mp games.
These kind of people disregard good story telling and narrative for stupid things like non linearity, messing around in the open world :
(doing things irrelevant to the story line, like going to pubs and hiring women in GTA, putting buckets on peoples heads in Skyrim, building bases in F4 and so on with the worst offender moding games with idiotic unrelated BS like anime characters in Fallout/Skyrim, moding females with unrealistic gigantic breast, and s?? simulation (most of them are virgin so at least they have Fallout/Skyrim)) and co-op and MP that usually abandonin 1-2 months and totally unrelated and unnecessary to the game world which actually HURTS the main game quality because every game has a budget that set in advance, developing co-op and MP takes away large portion.
scorn will be a good brother
I love that we are getting 2 demonic games in rapid fire like that. I haven’t seen much of Scorn since that initial trailer a while back but it did have that flesh gun which looked cool and indicates combat will be a real thing. I don;t know which way they are going to take Agony, but it looks wicked all the same.
they have different worlds agony is hellish demonic, scorn is nightmare alien, but i want scorn more than agony
Did you ever see the Cronenberg movie Existenz?
It’s pretty freaky, just google:
Existenz gun
and look at the images, it seems like a possible inspiration for what they did in Scorn.
i can’t take this game seriously because first footage i’ve seen from this game was cr1tikal playing this
I’ll get excited about UE4 titles when proper DX12 and PC Vulkan support are added.
It does… As long as you use the github version.
They are finally putting that Comet Ping Pong underground to good use…
YES!
Some people here wants to go to hell.
Em nome do Pai, do Filho do Espirito Santo, Amém!
This game has some of the coolest art design I’ve ever seen. I want this in room-scale VR.
This is one of the more interesting looking games in the last 10 years.
