BERSERK gets new gameplay trailer

KOEI Tecmo has released a new gameplay trailer for BERSERK. BERSERK aims to fuse the signature ‘one versus thousands’ style action of the long-running Warriors franchise with the grim and gruesome atmosphere of the world of Berserk. The game will also incorporate various battle mechanics to better bring the world of Berserk to life, such as Magic and Transformations. Enjoy!

  1. Why does Japan put out such rubbish.
I wish they would make AAA games involving their cultural heritage.
Instead it’s all retàrded anime horseshìt.

    1. What does America have to do with any of this?
And where did I talk about games about “history”, I was talking about games set in feudal Japan.

      1. It’s Americans who made Shoguns.
And I recently saw an article on DSOG about a Japanese game, Nobunaga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence – Ascension. From what I see, It kind of wants to deal with the cultural heritage of Japan. IDK if they will add some fantasy elements, though (I have a hunch that they will). And their game looks like it’s 10 years old.

        1. Not interested in grand strategy. I like immersive games, not pretending to be a deity looking down from the sky.

    1. Get the hell out with your feeling of authenticity. We love it when 1-tonne swords push and knock the enemies out, instead of halving them. And leave some plasma traces.

      Sincerely,
      Many Japanese devs

  2. Looks like a ten year old game, wow they certainly can’t be bothered to make any effort with their games.
