Hello Games has released a new trailer for No Man’s Sky. Hello Games also announced that the game will be released on June 2016. A couple of months ago, Hello Games claimed that the game will be released simultaneously on PC and PS4, so here is hoping that the PC version won’t be delayed at the last minute. I was being sarcastic because its much farther away then they were alluding to.
Such a big game made by only 10 people. And their studio was flooded… For me the release date isn’t that bad.
I understand that, but they said it would come out in 2015. To find out that it now comes out in mid 2016, heavily implies they were being misleading if not outright lying.
Didn’t they say that before the flood? I don’t remember…
And yeah, they told the wrong date, maybe not because they lied but because they estimated it wrongly.
No the flood was in 2013. They said it would release this year. You can estimate wrong, but that many months off seems a bit much. Don’t care that much, but feels like we were mislead.
June is my birthday, guess I just found myself a (long awaited) gift. 🙂
The game was being shown off on Colbert in September and it won’t be released for another 8 or 9 months? bummer! I’m sure HG know what they are doing so I will wait until June 2016.

Wow. I barely care about this game as it is. All the hype.. all the excitement.. It all died after waiting for so long. Dont freaking announce games if they aint close to being released. Tops 1 year within release. What the hell is this kind of crap.

Not sure if its online only but it has an online component,sort of like an mmo but not really with that many people. More like the ps3 game Journey just a few of people are gonna be with you in that universe at a given time.
plus its not actually randomly generated per se, its a diff kind of procedurally generated game. The game world is created with some complex calculations but it wont be different for every people , everyone will find that same world in that same location with the same creatures living in it even if its randomly generated because the calculations would be same for all. How cool is that!?

Most probably yes, don’t recall something being said about that, but since you upload the discoveries safe to assume that is online only (my only complaint abou it so far).

Everspace looks more fun and has offline SP story as well as MP. A Complete package with cross play with Xbox One (if I’m not mistaken).
