IGN has shared a new video, showing one remastered cinematic from the upcoming HD remaster version of Homeworld. Homeworld Remastered Collection includes updated high-res textures and models, new graphical effects, and support for HD, UHD, and 4K resolutions. This collection is being developed by Gearbox and will – hopefully – hit streets this year. Enjoy!

Been waiting for footage ever since they announced the HD version and this first look was disappointing with no gameplay.
Not sure why they only showed about 20 seconds of intro movie. All things considered, players are going to spend 99.99% of the game NOT watching the intro.
“See the difference 15 years can make…” that would mean having rendered the entire intro in CGI but nope, they couldn’t even do that. Still want it though.
Please no, no one wants the iconic hand drawn cutscenes to be made in CGI. It’ll take the Homeworld charm right out.
