Lunar Software has just broken its radio silence and revealed two new screenshots from its upcoming survival horror game that will be powered by Unreal Engine 3, Routine. Routine is a game we are really looking forward to, and we are happy to report that it has not been cancelled. And now time for a slight off topic note: we’ll have limited Internet access the following hours. Apologies for that, but with Gamescom underway we have our hands full right now. Enjoy the images after the jump!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. If this is what UE3 has become in 10 years, imagine UE4 in 2024.
Unreal Engine is one of the best engines out there mainly the lighting that can be done is incredible, he only problem I see with Unreal is the Programming/coding(not the engine but development wise) is all C++ (unless I’m missing something?) compared to Gamemaker and Unity which offer slightly easier entry based langauges.)
Actually never heard of this game but will defiently follow it.
