Ubisoft announced that Title Update 1.0.7 for Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced will be released today and shared its full patch notes. So, let’s see what this new update brings to the table.
Patch 1.0.7 will allow Edward to hide his pistols. As such, players can now hide both his pistols and the blowpipe. Furthermore, the update adds an animal in need of rescuing, somewhere across the Caribbean.
The game should also be more stable on PC after this patch. The developers have fixed some crashes that could happen when opening the Store or News panel. They have also fixed crashes that could occur when selecting ships in the Kenway’s Fleet menu.
We also get several visual fixes. The update fixes minor animation issues with parkour and assassinations. It also fixes an issue where Edward’s hands were out of sync with the ship’s wheel after taking over a fort. Furthermore, it fixes an issue where the lift on ships could glow brighter than the sun after using Eagle Vision.
And that’s not all. Patch 1.0.7 fixes numerous gameplay issues. For instance, Edward can no longer take damage from nearby barrels while hiding and hanging on a wall. The patch also fixes several boarding issues. In some cases, enemies could ignore Edward after he landed on their deck. Enemy ships will no longer spawn out of nowhere or cause other ships to act in strange ways. Animals should also behave normally after you interact with them. Finally, Edward will no longer get stuck in mid-air during an air assassination if another character kills the target first.
As always, Steam and Ubisoft Connect will download this update in a few hours. To be more precise, Patch 1.0.7 will be available at 14:00 UTC / 10:00 AM EST / 7:00 AM PST. The Steam patch is 2GB in size, whereas the Ubisoft Connect patch is 3.86GB in size. Below, you can also find the full patch notes.
