Alkimia Interactive has released Title Update 1.0.3 for Gothic 1 Remake and shared its full patch notes. So, let’s see what this new patch brings to the table.
Patch 1.0.3 comes with a bunch of fixes. For instance, it fixes the daily routines for defeated NPCs and some audio issues that could occur while swimming. It also fixes the reload animation for the crossbow. Moreover, barrier damage will be correctly applied now.
Patch 1.0.3 also has a couple of balance tweaks. To be more precise, it increases the damage of Minecrawler in the End Boss sequence. It also increases the stats of Frost Shadow Beast to fit with the progression.
It’s also worth noting that this new update improves performance during long play sessions. Not only that, but it fixes a few game crashes that could occur. As such, the game should now be more stable on your PC.
The team has also improved facial animations of some characters. NPCs will no longer clip through walls when they’re defeated. There are also improvements to the navigation for large creatures, as well as to AI interactions for better positioning.
Like always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. Below, you can also find its full patch notes.
