Konami has revealed the first in-engine trailer for its new Silent Hill game, Silent Hill: Townfall. Silent Hill: Townfall is developed by Screen Burn, and it will be using Unreal Engine 5.
Silent Hill: Townfall is a full-length, self-contained psychological horror set against the cold, isolated backdrop of Scotland, 1996.
In this new Silent Hill game, you will assume the role of Simon Ordell. Simon will descend into a world of tense evasion, explosive confrontations, and mind-bending puzzles that slowly surface the truth of St. Amelia.
Experienced entirely in first person, Simon must explore, evade, and survive using a limited set of weapons and tools. One of them is the CRTV, a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. According to the devs, evasion will be tense, and combat will be frenetic. Then, we have the narrative-driven puzzles, which will reveal a truth that refuses to stay submerged.
Konami plans to release Silent Hill: Townfall sometime in 2026.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
