Dragon Quest VII Remake Coming to PC in February 2026 with Denuvo and Full PC Requirements

Square Enix has announced a remake of Dragon Quest VII, called Dragon Quest VII Reimagined. This remake will come out on PC on February 5th, it will use the Denuvo anti-tamper tech, and we’ve gotten its PC requirements. So, let’s take a look at them.

In Dragon Quest VII Reimagined, the characters designed by famous manga artist Akira Toriyama have been transformed into a cute 3D art style, using real dolls made in the real world. The environments and dungeons are also rebuilt with a unique diorama-style look, making the world of Dragon Quest feel like a beautiful, hand-crafted model come to life.

Dragon Quest VII Reimagined stays true to the original story but makes it easier to follow with a smoother, more streamlined adventure. Besides the main story, players can enjoy fun side quests, extra stories, and minigames. You’ll unlock and explore new worlds by finding fragments and completing tablets. Each world is full of exciting places, like busy towns, tough dungeons, and fun quests, giving you plenty to do and explore.

The turn-based battle system in Dragon Quest VII Reimagined has been updated to feel more fun and exciting. The new vocation system lets you do cool things. Moonlighting will let you use two vocations (jobs) at the same time. Let Loose is a special move you can use when a character gets pumped up. Plus, Monster Master is a new vocation that gives you the power to summon strong monsters to fight your enemies. These changes will make battles more dynamic and thrilling than ever.

As said, the game will use Denuvo on PC. This shouldn’t come as a surprise. After all, Square Enix has used Denuvo for a lot of its PC titles.

To run it, PC gamers will at least need an AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or Intel Core i3-6100 with 8GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 460, an Intel Arc A380, or an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750. The game will also require 15GB of free disk space.

Square Enix recommends an AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or an Intel Core i3-6100 with 16GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 580, an Intel Arc A750, or an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

    1. Hes about to get more backlash because the fool decided to defend the killing of Charlie Kirk

these fools don't understand it's not political. No one on either side should die for talking. The mentally ill people don't understand that.
