Owlcat Games has released a new trailer for its story-driven sci-fi action RPG, The Expanse: Osiris Reborn. This trailer shows off some of the game’s environments. And, as you will see, it looks gorgeous.
In The Expanse: Osiris Reborn, you play as a Pinkwater Security soldier who’s just trying to enjoy a short break on the asteroid Eros. But everything quickly goes wrong. The place gets locked down, and you get stuck in the middle of a huge and dangerous mystery that affects the entire solar system. To survive, you’ll have to think fast, stay strong, and take control of the most powerful ship in space. Get ready for a thrilling adventure full of danger, action, and surprises.
Players will be able to create and customize their own captain. You can be from Earth, Mars, or the Belt. The choice will be yours. Then, you will lead a team of skilled crew members as you face growing dangers, tough choices, and a deadly enemy that won’t give up. The devs also claim that every choice you make will matter and can change the future.
Your companions will be more than just mission assets. They are people with their own scars and loyalties. Some chase redemption. Others hide their truths. Over time, your relationships will flourish or deteriorate depending on the choices you make and how you choose to lead. The ship becomes your home, a place where trust is earned, not given.
In this game, you’ll fight in third-person using cover and special powers. Two teammates will go with you during missions, while others help from far away by shutting down systems or distracting enemies. You can give your team real-time commands and must think fast to stay alive against all the dangers you’ll face.
You’ll also visit iconic locations like Ganymede, Ceres, Mars, and Luna. You will be able to walk through ruined habitats and political strongholds mired in unease and tension. You can talk to the locals. Uncover secrets. Or use your skills to influence what happens next. The system will look different from every planet and from every asteroid. Some will be falling apart. Others will just hide it better. You may even come across a familiar face or voice that reminds you of just how small the system really is.
There is currently no ETA for when the game will come out. Naturally, though, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

YES!
Ive played all the TellTale Expanse games so having a proper RPG based in the same universe looks epic.
Already looks more interesting than Starfailed but we'll see how this turns out.
It's amazing how the description text sounds like an interesting game and then the trailer is literally environment shots with two women yapping sarcastically. What the?
*lesbian women.
John I thought we agreed that the word gorgeous is only allowed to be used when someone is describing me on this site? Make me an admin so I can ban you (I'll give you something like 5 days but don't repeat this behavior again).
nobody will ever make you a modrater you filth mongrel. your so damm idiot you probly ban youself by mistake. that would be good. i would laugh so hard. hahh
I always wondered why I trigger you so much
I realized you ramp up your personal attacks toward me when I insult gays and jews.
That's an interesting combination you have going on for yourself right there buddy.
im upper middl class white living in an upscale all white neighberhood but i know a trash person when i see one and you are human garbage. you hate other races because you despise yourself. all you know is hate. you cant go for a week without comenting racist hate or atacking someone here. i think you crave atention because no one in your real life wants anything to do with you. probly your family dont invite you for holidays because you are an ebarasment to them and they try to avoid you. i bet chrismas is the loneliest day of the year for you. your a sad filth mongrel.
But I started this shtick by baiting whites and Christians then blacks and then Muslims a few years later, you didn’t mind it back then.
If anything, I’ve been inclusive and probably less racist than you small hats.
I'm still extremely confused by how owlcat made this game but I'm really happy because they can make a good rpg but their writing is boring and voice acting in pathfinder games is cancer (borderlands voice acting).
Cautiously optimistic. Owlcat games are insanely buggy, unbalanced, and filled with bloat.
it will be interesting to see if they can pull this off.
they just had to put two valley girl lesbians going "like" in the trailer, they just had to.
I cant help it, but seeing this on this site where mods are being promoted i thought for a second this was some Starfield mod..
MAN, so much potential, looking at it with a hyper-critical eye and im having a hard time finding something to hate…..but then i un-mute the video….. 2-3 women talking marvel cringe… WHY! cant we just have Hard sci-fi without stronk wahmen warriors. They aint playing this game….
