Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater feature

Here’s the in-engine opening scene for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater

Konami has just released the official in-engine opening movie/scene for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. This remake of MGS3 will be powered by Unreal Engine 5, and this opening movie will give you a glimpse at the quality of its in-engine cut-scenes.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater aims to stay true to the original story and game design. Its team will be improving the gameplay with amazing graphics and a seamless user experience.

Players can elect for a newly added and more modern control style. You can also choose to play with a classic control style that more closely recreates the feel of the original game. Not only that, but there will be a number of color filters to choose from.

As said, MGSD: SE will be powered by Unreal Engine 5. Additionally, David Hayter will return as the voice of Naked Snake. This is another thing that will please all MGS fans.

I seriously hope that the PC version of MGSD: SE will be in a better state when it comes out than Silent Hill 2 Remake. Because, yes. To this date, Silent Hill 2 Remake suffers from traversal stutters, even on high-end PC systems.

Last month, Konami also shared the game’s official PC system requirements. According to them, PC gamers will at least need an Intel i5-8600 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super. The game will also require 100GB of free disk space.

Konami recommends an Intel i7-8700K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080. Plus, the team recommends using an SSD.

It’s also worth noting that the game’s Steam store page does not list Denuvo. I don’t know, though, whether Konami will add it at the last minute or not. Silent Hill 2 Remake came out without it. So, fingers crossed that MGSD: SE will not have it, too.

Konami will release Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater on August 28th.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

  1. I'm straight and I've never liked any of these games. I've looked up every single one of these solid gear games and they all look extremely gay.
It's no wonder that those gender confusing looking h0m0 erectus aliens in east asia love these, their men are just as low testosterone, feminine and f4ggy as weebs in the west.
Is it really a surprise that they both love underage girls? Notice the pattern? guess not.

    1. Whats gay about MGS? its a western type, militaristic spy fiction.
Whats gay about spys and military? Military and weapons is the most non gay thing

      1. Everyone and everything looks feminine, no gore, emphasis on story, and lack of emphasis on gameplay aka what typically f4ggots look for in video games.
Stories and gossip are very appealing to women (as well as low testosterone/high estrogen men) because of evolution, biology, and how society works.
None of these games are about guns; I don’t know where you got that from. These games are so gay that sometimes I think they’re aware of this

    1. Disagree, I rather get a known GOOD game, just in modern tech skin, than a chance to screw-up and release some crap, or worse not just a bad game but bad game with progressive propaganda.

    2. I pirate everything, so this is a F*KÏNG WIN to me, since this is the game I can easily put above EVERY OTHER GAME out there.
If there's a holy grail game in my life, this is the one!
But I'm not buying it, no way!

      XD

  2. That's hardcore cringe (besides a blatant bad 90's James Bond straight up mimic), have they no dignity?

    1. The melody is fine, but the song words are cringe, i just enabled subtitles and was reading it word for word, i never knew that the lyrics say "eat a frog" and other crap like that

          1. Yeah, it’s better to use a song that talks about Bowser and Luigi, instead of things from THE GAME ITSELF, I guess?

  3. Why every dev moving to UE5? Where are there in house game engines.

Mafia Lost Country surprised to see using UE5 when previous Mafia's never used any UE

    1. If you feel you can do better, please provide us a better engine.

In house is not cheap, takes years of development and improvements, not to mention it takes away time and resources from game development.

I glad you mentioned Mafia, cause the engine used in Mafia had major issues with lightning, glad they dropping it.

    2. Not a complicated issue, in-house engine NEEDS TO BE CREATED, aka people need to be PAID, time has to be spent, technology moves so fast by the time you create it wont have all the latest features.
When you take of the shelf engine, you know that there is a team of people that work 24/7 just o n this engine, on updating, fixing and implementing new features, also for game studios that pay for license, they get tech support, even an option for someone to come and work in your office to implement the workflow and teach everybody.

    3. Building and maintaining an engine is supposedly the most expensive and complex part of game development.
It also massively helps if devs can move from one company to another without having to completely re-learn how the engine is architected, or even someone coming directly out of university can benefit since it's likely what they learned in school.
Personally I hate it since UE has a lot of inherent issues but it's just economics driving it.

  4. I hate Hideo, that cocky selfabsorbed pr*ck. I never played any of his r*tarded games, I somehow had a 6th sense about his BS and it looked silly even in my omnivore gaming years so I skipped his entire anthology. I wonder if I should play this despite passionately hating Hideo and his God complex personality. just to see what all the fuss is about. But I'm unsure
