FBC Firebreak feature-2

New gameplay trailer for Remedy’s co-op FPS, FBC: Firebreak

Remedy has released a new gameplay trailer for its upcoming co-op FPS, FBC: Firebreak. This trailer features 3 minutes of action, so make sure to watch it if you are interested in it.

FBC: Firebreak is a three-player cooperative first-person shooter set within a mysterious federal agency under assault by otherworldly forces.

Players will dive into the Federal Bureau of Control’s (FBC) unpredictable and extradimensional headquarters during its darkest—and strangest—hours. As one of the FBC’s fearless first responders, you and your team are on call to confront everything from reality-warping anomalies to otherworldly monsters.

Before deploying, players will select their weapon and customize their Firebreaker’s Crisis Kit with specialized tools, grenades, support items, and paranatural augments. Then, they will be able to modify them to suit their strategy and change the way they play.

Players will be able to experiment with different loadouts to perfect their playstyle and synergize with their team, giving them the edge to succeed in every mission, no matter the difficulty.

Remedy plans to release FBC: Firebreak in Summer 2025.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

    1. They released the Control patch finally because it was already a comprehensive mod made by one of the Remedy devs and they further polished it a bit.

          1. haaahaaaaahahahaahahahah You cant be serious? The story goes nowhere, i listened to every long and read every text, tis filler crap, nothing is resolved by the end of the game and i had more questions than answers. The combat is terrible, whats the point of having a morphing gun if you can only have 2 mods equiped? Like a 2 weapon limit? You run out of energy constantly because guns are weak and instead of having ammo you have to wait for your gun to recharge, so you are better off using the telekinesis power to fight enemies. The game just spawns waves of enemies behind you, it has this stupid dark souls system but it just has it in the game for the same of having it but it doesnt work, you die, you lose very few “souls” and most of the time its not enough to have them to upgrade, you also need rare crafting material when the game is about psychology so the crafting material are “intrusive thoughts” or whatever, so stupid. Souls games have estus flasks, in control you have to run into the corpses of enemies you killed to pick up healing shards, this isnt bloodborne, you cant get your health back by slashing enemies you have to dodge. The game is so stupid, a bunch of ideas mixed together into a giant mess. Control isnt “Excellent” control is the exact opposite of that, a mixed bag of ideas that dont work well together resulting into the ultimate mixed bag. Remedy has not made a good game since max payne. Everyone says the astral maze is the best part of the game, so what is the astral maze? Something weird like that painting with the stairs going in 4 dimensions or something? Nope, Its a linear action scene that you have a large arena and you blast away weak enemies with ease while listening to rock music in the background, its a power fantasy, its proof that video games were better in the 90s and 2000s and all the changes they made to them to make them more “complex” and “realistic” were wrong and going back to basic sand how games were decades ago makes for a fun experience. All remedy has to do is make another max payne, but instead they make mediocre slop with lame gameplay mechanics and trash combat we have to pretend that sam lake can write, nope his writing sucks, hasnt been good since max payne 2.
