Noah’s quest will lead players to the labyrinthine prison of R’lyeh, an ancient sunken city where Cthulhu is imprisoned. Alongside his AI companion Key, Noah must solve complex puzzles, make choices that will shape his fate, and resist the mind-corrupting influence of Cthulhu.

  1. the trailers doesnt tell me anything other than the main charcter is black and has cyborg parts and he sometimes wears an armor in a weird dream enviroment, reminds me returnal staring a old woman and how the studio who makes it is also making a new game that looks like returnal but the main character is indian, so SARturnal? I hope this isnt BLACKturnal but an actual good game with good gameplay and no time wasting repettive slop.

    1. Returnal was quite nice, though.
At least for me, who loves horror, mysteries and sci fi.
They did a fvcking great combination of these things.
The gameplay wasn't that good, but not bad at all as well.
Guess I'll play it again after I finish Outlast 2 and Alien Isolation.

its a roguelike dude, thats terrible.

  2. I don't think "powered by" is the correct terminology when UE5 is involved, it gives the wrong impression of what this engine is capable of.
Next headline you could try something along the lines of "limping along" maybe?

  3. Trailer looks great. I'm a huge lovecraft literature fan as is my son. Looking forward to both of us getting this.

  4. the retro-futuristic interpretation of call of Cthulhu never gonna work, at best it will be a SOMA walking simulator, the Dark corners of earth was the only game that was able to capture the Lovecraftian vibe. Lovecraft himself didn't fully know what he was writing why people are insisting on complicating things even more. the only setting that can fit the narrative is bloodborne imo.

  5. I want to see a gameplay to judge it properly.
Trailer looks fantastic, but Starfield trailers were also cool.
And thank all gods it doesn't feature a stunning and brave wahman.
Idris Elba looking great in there.

  6. Impressive looking CGI trailer hiding what will likely be some cheap looking, Eurojank game – if the developers' past titles are anything to go by. (Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong, The Council)
