Gravity Forge feature

Gravity Forge is a new third-person indie action game with hordes of enemies that will remind you of Xbox 360’s WET

Indie dev Relay is currently working on a third-person action game with hordes of enemies in Unreal Engine 5, called Gravity Forge. And, in a really bizarre way, this indie game will remind you of Xbox 360’s WET.

Gravity Forge promises to offer the player an extra degree of freedom in both movement and combat. Thus, you can walk on walls, create gravity wells, change mass, and discover new ways to interact with the world.

As said, the game will have hordes of enemies on screen. The devs state that they aim for good optimization even on mid-level PCs. Speaking of which, they’ve also shared the game’s PC requirements. So let’s take a look at them.

For gaming at 1080p/Low with 30fps, you’ll need an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X or Intel Core i5-8600K with 8GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 580 or Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060. For gaming at 1080p/Ultra with 60fps, the devs recommend an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X or Intel Core i7-12700 with 16GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT or Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070.

Now as you will see in its debut gameplay trailer, Gravity Forge does not look as good as other third-person UE5 games. Still, this is an indie team so we can definitely cut them some slack. So, let’s hope that the game will run smoothly on a wide range of PC systems.

All in all, this looks like a cool AA title. Again, this is an indie game. So, make sure to keep your expectations in check. I just hope it will be better than Wanted: Dead.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

    1. "At this point, I only want Nintendo to DIE.
That company has to go down once and for all."

      ABSOLUTELY! Elitist scums!

    2. By making the same games every year since the beginning for the same customers, they become super arrogance, crazy and attacking everyone like a mad dogs. fok them and i think Russ is safe.

    3. Next up for Jewtendo: taking down gameplay videos of their games on JewTube.

Followed by: hunting down artists who make fanarts of their games on DeviantArt.

Final destination: suing Jewgle for having their games appear on search engines.

      What. The. Fa󠀀k?!

    4. When Trump got elected in 2016 there was a surge in political censorship on the internet, and now that most people are used to censorship, the corporations are showing their fangs

  1. This is BS, where is the male protagonist?!!! Everything, every new game Indie or 3A or 2A is about the rainbow female. wake the fokup people this sick agenda is gone to far. Fk-it.

    1. rainbow female lol, yeah it's about right, most games nowadays feature female protagonist and yet there is some uncanny stuff about those gals, as if looks can deceive and yet they barely try to deceive…

    2. What did you expect? We live in a gynocentric world which became heavily enforced after the MeToo phase. I always knew these movements and all the witch hunting that we hear about time after time (like the one that's going on right now) was going to do a number on art and culture.

Even if they did make a male protagonist in this case it probably wouldn't align with the way they used to make em. They'd have to be accompanied by an irritating and toxic female or he would have effeminate traits, etc.

  2. It looks interesting. I loved WET even if it was a bit monotonous after a while but in short bursts it was fun to stylishly kill everyone with almost endless slowmotion.

  3. It didn't remind me of Wet as i never played the game. John and his stupid misleading blogposts.

Just saw the trailer and the art from this game looks unintentionally funny, as if the woman is bored to death, guess the feeling is mutual, why do you need bullet time to drop hundreds of braindead zombies? That's 90% of the trailer.

  4. game looks dope, binary domain mixed with max payne/bionic commando with Hordes. Hell yeah. even a decent looking protag( not blak has breasts)… BUT the retarded gamers, hate anything new, just go play CoD26 and cream yourself
