RoboCop: Rogue City Patch #02, adds NVIDIA Reflex support, full changelog

Teyon just dropped the second big update for RoboCop: Rogue City. Patch #02 adds support for NVIDIA Reflex, which is amazing for all NVIDIA gamers. Additionally, they resolved a bunch of bugs and problems that were bugging the game. So, let’s dive in and check out the main changes.

This second update brings support for NVIDIA Reflex and updates the DLSS plugin. NVIDIA did not share any additional details. Here’s the deal though – with these changes, there should be less ghosting, and your mouse should move smoother thanks to Reflex. So, if you’re rocking an NVIDIA GPU, don’t forget to turn it on for the best experience.

Patch #02 for RoboCop: Rogue City fixed a soft lock issue on the third level. It also tackled problems with gameplay, blockers, and cat visibility in the Riots and Tenements on Fire level. Oh, and Teyon also took care of an exploit with a staircase door in Ulysses’ Basement. And that’s not all. The patch even sorted out framerate drops when the players rotate.

Like always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. For those wondering, the update is around 370MB in size. You can also find below its full patch notes. Also, make sure to read our PC Performance Analysis.

  1. Wonder if this fixes two dialog sequences that are skipped at the end of the prison level and just automate responses.

    1. Don’t remember this one. Maybe I didn’t have it? Game is almost perfect, imho. Gameplay needs a little polish, but it is good enough the way it is.

      1. There’s a prisioner on the laundrymat in which you’re supposed to have a dialog option, same with another where a cop is trying to take a pistol from a convict and the game just lets Robocop let him go.

  2. again with the amazing talk.. “adds nvidia relex which is amazing”…no..no its not amazing…slightly handy maybe? amazing if you’ve never been outside or seen a sunset….amazing if this is the first time you’ve seen a modern computer..you’ve been in a slumber since 1986?…not amazing, cool at best. YOU seriously NEED to see my finger trick, it’ll change the course of your life. Its amazing.

      1. neither friend!!! neither. hate his use of the word amazing..go through and read his articles….MOTHER F#$KING GRASS is amazing to this guy…now I’m certain not in a real or literal sense..but in a its always the first word that comes to mind kinda way.

  3. “fixed pickles” lol mmkay so he’s an it now I guess lmao. They also needed to move the guard to the side of the door during the “meet the old man” directive therefore no possibility to block the door if he loads halfway into the floor. I did finally get it to work by loading a save at the start of the level but lost a bit of progress doing so. Needs manual save option.

It’s a good fan service power fantasy game though, at times it goes full stutter mode that won’t stop til you exit out of game and load back up. Fits the pattern of Terminator Resistance game flow style/taycon style.

I think they should add in an arcade mode or standalone where it’s a straight corridor or arcade shooter levels of those levels in the game, cut out the other stuff. Similar to COJ gunslinger a still excellent game w duel mechanics that are immersive and challenging. Funny story that’s narrated in skippable cutscenes and in game narrative.

  4. Got to love PC gaming. Pay full price at launch and get the worst experience providing free beta testing for the developers. Hell we are at the point now where it takes over 6 months for many games to be in the state in they should be released in and by that time you can usually get it for half the price on sale. FFS Bethesda’ is literally releasing huge beta patches for Starfield.

  5. Loved this game. I’m even giving yet another try at the Terminator one, I remember it being way too generic when I tested it on release.
