Diablo 4 gets a gameplay launch trailer

Blizzard has released the gameplay launch trailer for Diablo 4. Diablo 4 will release on June 6th, and this gameplay trailer can give you a taste of what you can expect from it.

As we’ve already reported, Diablo IV will be an always-online game, and will not offer an offline mode. Since this is an always-online title, it will be interesting to see what will happen with mods. Will Blizzard allow them or will they ban everyone that uses them? And will the game be mod-able at all?

Diablo 4 will also have cosmetic micro-transactions. Additionally, Blizzard is looking into enabling cross-play support between all platforms.

The good news for PC gamers is that the game will support both DLSS 3 and FSR 2.0. However, as we’ve reported, there are some stuttering issues with DLSS 3 on AMD’s Ryzen 7000 series CPUs.

Stay tuned for more!

    1. This shows how much they get the Diablo franchise.
Do you imagine that Blizzard North would have put out a release trailer with Billie Eilish music?
      A f***ing disgrace.

    2. That shows you how much they get ‘Diablo’.
Do you think Dave Brevik and the Schaefer brothers from Blizzard North would do something like this? A mobile port for casual kids with Billie Eilish as the music for the trailers?
      A f*cking disgrace.

    3. Makes one think why. They have a stellar OST for the game.

I’d like to actually see the data supporting the idea that a pop music track used in a trailer for a gothic horror ARPG leads to a boosted interest.

On the other hand it might be on purpose to serve as a “shock value” leading to more people sharing it and “hopefully” buying it. If so, that’s a poor marketing strategy.

  1. The only thing Blizzard makes is addictive junk with microtransactions or loot boxes.

    Blizzard makes:
-hearthstone = addictive loot box game
    -diablo = addictive microtransaciton game
-overwatch = addictive loot box FPS
    -wow = addictive loot MMO

All always-online games. All games with no ending. All games that use a feeling of inadequacy in a competitive and addictive environment to fuel monetization.

Blizzard is just as bad, if not worse, than Activision.
