Santa Monica Studio has just revealed the official PC system requirements for God of War. In addition, the team released a new trailer that showcases the game’s PC features.
God of War will feature on PC higher resolution shadows, improved screen space reflections, the addition of GTAO and SSDO. Moreover, it will support both NVIDIA’s DLSS and Reflex, as well as AMD’s FSR.
According to the specs, PC gamers will at least need an Intel i5 2500K or AMD Ryzen 3 1200 with 8GB of RAM. For gaming at 720p/30fps, PC gamers will need an NVIDIA GTX960 or an AMD R9 290X. The game will also require 70GB of free hard-disk space.
For gaming at 1440p/60fps on High settings, Santa Monica suggests using an NVIDIA RTX2070 or an AMD RX 5700XT. As for 4K/60fps on Ultra settings, the team recommends using an NVIDIA RTX3080 or an AMD RX 6800XT.
God of War releases on January 14th, 2022.

no custom fov?
dad of boooooooooooooooooooy
GTX1060 for PS4 visuals and 1080p30fps LOL
That card alone is x3 times faster, another 3rd party crappy port.
Another drone who does not know that tflops don’t translate into direct performance improvement, having x3 tflops don’t mean x3 performance increase. PC have several overheads not present in consoles.
You mean OS? Give me a break.
More ram, few times faster CPU, GPU and HDD.
It’s a crappy port, Soyboy.
Modders should fix them again it seems or Sony wants to show that their games are demanding in a way haha
A gtx 1060 is as powerful as an Xbox one x and maybe more powerful than a ps4 pro (as has been shown in multiplat releases) which renders the game at a dynamic 4k, yet they ask this GPU to run the game at base ps4 settings 1080p/30fps ? No. Just no.
Developer laziness. They just want to port it over to PC while making the least amount of effort possible.
Maybe if it was 10mb, cause that’s waaaaayyyy too much bandwidth waste with this cr4p.
Looking forward to playing this @4k 160 in HDR on a OLED
